The book is an account, 79pp. long, of the ‘charitable labours of the religious ladies of Nazareth [i.e. the Congregation of Nazareth, a French order] for the spiritual and moral welfare of the women of Galilee’. It consists of translations, from the French, of letters addressed by one of the ladies to her pupils in France.]
